Cancellation Policy

Once you schedule a live video reading, you will only be allowed to cancel within 48 hours of the reading for a refund. You may reschedule your reading up to two (2) times up to 24 hours before the reading. If you have rescheduled two (2) times and cannot make the appointment, you will be asked to purchase a new reading and no refund will be given. If you do not show up to the scheduled appointment and you have not rescheduled 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be asked to purchase a new reading and no refund will be given.
